Will Reggie Bush Be The First Heisman Trophy Winner To Lose His Award .....?

Wasn't OJ the first one to actually lose the trophy? That being said, he will get to keep the award. I thought Vince Young deserved the award that season, so if he gets it retroactively, I wont be upset.
