What does everyone think of the vax va cleaners?

has anyone had the same probs that we have had with iurs, constantly having to send it back 4 repairs etc due to bad craftmanship. im sick of it, in te 12 months we have had oyrs we have had to send it back 5 times due to faulty parts etc, it is the worst thing i have ever bought, bring back the old hoover senior and juniors, never let u down.
