Is there an object that can't be seen through a microscope?

As all of you know, there are objects that cannot be seen by the naked eye but, can be seen through a microscope. Is there an object that can't be seen through a microscope? Maybe there are but we just haven't noticed them? If microscopes can't see them, what can? I'm not sure if this is in the right category or not.
