I don't think it should be a difficult decision. Get rid of her! She could also be abusing you daughter, since she screams whenever in the arms on the sitter. If you're in the greater Atlanta area, middle Georgia, Alpena (Michigan), Shreveport, Pheonix/Mesa, Las Vegas, Provo, Tuscaloosa, Oxford (Mississippi), Spanish Fork (Utah), Los Angeles, or east Sacramento area, I can recommend some really good babysitters!
