Problem with Malicious software, or however you call it....?

I installed True Transparency on my PC, which is a customization Freeware. When I tried it for the first time, every time I right clicked on anything, a menu from this program popped out, and it was really uncomfortable. I decided to uninstall it. The program was completely gone, except for the menu when I right clicked on something. I googled it for hours, and I found out that this software was malicious software, or I don't know how you call it. I tried to make a system restore, and it worked, but 3 days later, it came back. HELP!
