My granddaughter (aged 6) is very bright, and attends a school where she is the best in her cl...?

Her mother has taught her to read and write at home (in English) because she is taught entirely in Welsh and after 3 years, she is only just being taught to read in Welsh. We are tired of being told that they need bright kids like her to help the others in her cl. Is there any chance that she could get a scholarship to a private school? How should we look/apply?
