What do you think of this wedding + reception idea?

We are having a very small wedding, about 75 people, and we're looking at October as a good month. Neither of us are late-night partiers and the idea of a wedding and reception that go into the late hours of the night doesn't appeal to either of us. So I came up with this idea: Have a morning ceremony outdoors around 10 a.m., with an indoor champagne brunch immediately following, a bit of dancing, and formal pictures afterwards. We decided on pictures after the reception because my SO doesn't like the "First Look" idea and I hate the idea of having photos taken between the ceremony and reception (years of working at a banquet hall have shown me that guests really hate having to wait around while you take your photos). I figure everything will move smoothly that way. And a brunch is a nice change from a heavy dinner but still offers a variety of choices. Thoughts?
