I want to start an institute or clinic which helps people solving psychological problems?

dear friends I am 37 living in UP India I have completed my Bachelor of commerce in 1995 and did diploma in Computer Accounting & Software technology after that i have worked overseas in Bangkok Dubai, Kuwait now i am living in india for about 3 years now i want to realise my dream of establishing an Institute where i can solve personal problems (psychological) of people like relationship, communication, money, health, spiritual, please let me know how i can realise my dream of Life Improvement Institute and do tell me what courses diploma i need in my career direction keeping in view that for my client i can prescribe medicines also but i am bcom and have no medical background from my highschool, please do guide me in detail i thank you in advance.
