I need some hope....please give me some feedback, i'm losing my mind here!?

If you really want to know, go to your docs and get a test done. It could be a bit early yet, but it's great to know early! And the docs can do a bloodwork test. You can get false negatives too. I think with my first born I didn't get a positive until I was 2 months along. Also, keep in mind, I don't know how badly you want this LO, but you CAN show signs of being pregnant without actually being pregnant. Sounds kinda weird, I know, and I think it has to be a super strong want/need. Good luck and hope it will come back positive soon!
