Has Bush's foreign policy weakened the US?

Bush has no foreign policy, except to bully everyone that gets in his way. There has never been so much turmoil worldwide. We have lost the respect of our longtime allies and the damage Bush has caused is irreparable. His solution for all disagreements or philosophical differences is aggression. Diplomacy is not in his very limited vocabulary.
