CAN I GET INTO SAN DIEGO STATE!?! PLEASE HELP!!!?

I am currently a sopre in the second semester (third quarter), and i did really well freshmen year, getting between 3.5 and 3.75. The first semester of this year wasnt too good because i got 2.83, but now third quarter i have a 3.1. I am working on getting it up for the full 2nd semester, most likely going to get a 3.3/3.4. I scored a 1400 on the PSAT without studying and a 19 on the PLAN(pre-ACT) also without studying or knowing what was on it. What do you think my chances are, and please do not give links to collegeboard.org and such because i have read it all. SDSU is my dream school!!! please help out! 10 points for best answer!
